Drawing from my 12 years of culinary experience and expertise as a certified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I create vibrant, nourishing meals that don't just taste amazing – they help bring your body and mind into perfect harmony.

Prices start from €20 per person per menu, with full board options from €40 per person per day. Every menu can be customized based on the season, your group’s unique needs, and dietary preferences.

Preparing an Ayurvedic Menu

Together, we’ll prepare a balanced Ayurvedic meal, exploring the six tastes and how they nourish the body and mind. Gain insight into creating meals that promote harmony and satisfaction.

Healthy Snacks with Ayurveda

Create snacks like energy balls (laddoos) and roasted seeds to balance your doshas and sustain energy. Learn the benefits of each ingredient and Ayurvedic principles for optimal health.

Detox with Kitchari or Mung Bean Soup 

Learn to cleanse the digestive system with simple mono-diet meals like Kitchari and mung bean soup. We’ll cover the role of these dishes in restoring digestive health and overall balance.
