I'm Baru, and my passion for creating nourishing and delicious food has been the centerpiece of my professional life for over 12 years. As a certified Ayurvedic Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach, I blend traditional culinary expertise with ancient wellness wisdom to craft meaningful dining experiences beyond mere eating.

When I design menus for your retreat or gathering, I create experiences that invite your guests to rediscover their relationship with nourishment. Every dish I prepare acknowledges each person's unique elemental makeup while celebrating our shared need for balance, joy, and vitality.

My approach isn't about restriction; it’s about cultivating awareness. I prioritize locally sourced, seasonal ingredients that honor the natural cycles of growth and harvest. Prices start from €20 per person per menu, with full board options from €40 per person per day. Every menu can be customized based on the season, your group’s unique needs, and dietary preferences.

I had the immense pleasure of experiencing Baru's incredible cuisine on two separate occasions during a company retreat in Costa Blanca, Spain.
